NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

Notice is given that on March 2, 2020, Kelli A. Seversen, whose address is 1754 S. 3rd Street, Aberdeen, SD 57401, was appointed as personal representative of the estate of Harold J. Kosel.

Creditors of decedent must file their claims within four months after the first date of publication of this notice or their claims may be barred.

Claims may be filed with the personal representative or may be filed with the clerk, and a copy of the claim mailed to the personal representative.
