Above, the Mobridge-Pollock High School Marching Tigers, under the direction of Alfie Gonzales, participated in the Gypsy Day Parade on Oct. 8. The band performed the school song and “American Pride.” Gonzales said each band member worked hard in preparation for the parade, adding the success of the group is the success of each member.
At right, Mobridge-Pollock Homecoming royalty was crowned Oct. 3, at coronation ceremonies held at the middle school theater. King Trenton Two Hearts, son of Teresa and Aubrey Two Hearts of Mobridge, and Queen Emily Hatzenbuhler, daughter of Debra and Jason Hatzenbuhler of Mobridge, will reign over this week’s activities including Friday’s parade, Tiger Olympics and the football game against the Groton Area Tigers at Tiger Stadium on Oct. 14.
