Bread Pudding

1 cup sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
2 TBSP vanilla
1 pint whole milk
1 pint half and half
2 eggs
¼ cup raisins
2 TBSP coconut
3 cups chopped apples
4 – 6 cups of bread

Sprinkle coconut, raisins apples and bread in a casserole dish. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over bread in dish. Place casserole dish with the bread pudding in a pan of water. Bake in over 375 degrees until done and brown on top for about 1 hour to 1 ½ hours. Very good with vanilla ice cream.
