Ready for Memorial Day weekend

American flags were flying in the breeze on Sunday, May 30, at the graves of veterans at Fairview Cemetery in Herreid. A Memorial Day Program was held Monday at the Herreid School. Photos from that event will be included in the June 10 edition of the Prairie Pioneer.

Junior Johnson benefit set for June 12 at Pollock Community Center

Proposed higher postage rates announced, increase on Aug. 29
