CAMPBELL COUNTY LAND FOR RENT
Parcel One: 300 Acres in Sec 1, Twp 126N, R75W,
crossfenced with dugout, well and water tanks
Parcel Two: 210 total acres with 72 Acres in the
NE¼ Sec 6, Twp 126N, R74W, with WEB water and
dugout, and 138 Acres in the SE¼ Sec 31, Twp
127N, R74W with well and dugout (these two parcels
are separated by the highway but connected with a
highway underpass)
Bidders may bid on either or both parcels and shall
be bid on a per acre per year basis. Lease will be
for a 3 year term, subject to the following conditions:
(1) Lessor reserves all hunting rights, (2) Lessor will
supply all fencing materials and Lessee(s) will provide
labor for maintenance of fences, (3) grazing will be
limited to a five month period during May-October,
(4) Lessor has established a 6 acre per cow/calf pair
limit, and (5) annual payment due before livestock
enter pasture.
