Farm Service Agency (FSA) offices have been busy implementing the Market Facilitation Program (MFP). Farmers who have not been into their local FSA office to sign an application should please contact their FSA office as soon as possible. In order to be eligible for a MFP payment you must sign Part D on the CCC-910 MFP Application no later than February 14, 2019.
