Ottillia “Tillie” Flemmer, 90, of Eureka died Monday, Jan. 28, 2019.  The Funeral service for Ottillia was held Feb. 2 at Zion American Lutheran Church in Eureka with the Rev. Ryan Gage officiating. Burial was in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
